We process waves of orders throughout the day and ship Monday - Saturday.
- DHL Express orders must be placed by noon Eastern to meet the DHL cutoff time.
- UPS Orders need to be placed by 2:00 PM Eastern
- USPS Orders get moved to the carrier the same day so long as the order is placed by 5:30 PM Eastern.
- Exceptions happen. Out of 100 days, there are 4-6 days where orders don't follow the normal pattern. There's a 90% chance that your order will ship the same day.
In practice, most everything received before 6:00 pm is packed the same day. Shipping carriers are closed on major holidays. Orders originate from Portland, Maine.
